Introduction

Welcome to the Youth for Peace: UNESCO Intercultural Leadership Programme.

As part of our commitment to providing a meaningful and impactful experience, we invite you to complete the following baseline survey (approx. 20–25 minutes).

The purpose of this survey is to help us understand your current perspectives, skills, and expectations, and to serve as a reference point for tracking your development throughout the programme. We recognise that intercultural leadership is a lifelong process. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers; we encourage you to respond candidly, as your input is essential to tailoring the programme to your needs and supporting your growth as an intercultural leader.

The survey includes a combination of open-ended questions and scaled self-assessments. We kindly ask that you take the time to answer all sections carefully and thoughtfully.

Please note that all responses will be treated anonymously. By understanding your current position, including your experience, knowledge, and aspirations, we can adapt the programme’s content, workshops, mentorship, and resources to maximise its relevance and effectiveness.

Thank you for your collaboration and your commitment to advancing intercultural dialogue, social cohesion, and peace. We look forward to working alongside you on this important journey.
